The coffee comes from the plantation founded by Miguel Menendez Sr., which is located in western Salvador at the altitude of 1300 - 1600 meters. Marco oversees the production process from the beginning to the end, thus retaining the highest quality of beans. The plantation has been delivering beans to the Johan & Nyström roaster for four seasons.
